We recommend booking at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance to guarantee availability for your preferred date, time, and performers. Last-minute bookings are welcome but subject to availability.

How do I check availability and book online?

Simply browse our service categories, select your package, choose your date and time on our interactive calendar, and complete the checkout process.

Can I make changes to my package after booking?

Yes. You can add services or change themes up to 7 days before your event, subject to availability. Contact our support team directly to update your reservation.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

If you need to reschedule, you can do so free of charge up to 14 days before the event. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may incur a fee, as staff and equipment are reserved exclusively for you.

Do you host events at homes, parks, or commercial venues?

We bring the fun to you! We operate at private residences, public parks, community centers, rented halls, and corporate offices across our entire coverage area.

Requirements vary by service. Generally, we need a flat, safe area for activities and access to a standard electrical outlet within 50 feet for equipment like snack machines or sound systems.

Do I need to get permits if the event is at a public park?

Yes. If your event is at a public park, you are responsible for checking local city regulations, securing any required park permits, and ensuring access to electricity, if needed.

Payments & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept online?

Our secure ecommerce platform accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and modern digital wallets for a seamless checkout experience.

Do you require a deposit or full payment upfront?

To secure your date on our calendar, we require a standard 50% deposit at checkout. The remaining balance is automatically processed 48 hours before the event date.

Are there any hidden fees or travel surcharges?

Transparency is our priority. All standard taxes are calculated at checkout. A travel fee applies only if your venue is outside our core Sarasota coverage area.

Before, During, and After the Event

What time will the team arrive at my venue?

Our team typically arrives 30 to 45 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. This ensures everything is set up and ready to go exactly when your event begins.

Do I need to provide anything for the entertainers?

We bring all the necessary equipment, music, and supplies for the contracted services. We only ask for a designated setup space and a enthusiastic crowd ready to have fun!

What happens if it rains on the day of an outdoor event?

Florida weather can be unpredictable! We strongly recommend having a backup indoor space. If weather forces a change, our entertainers will adapt their activities to fit the indoor layout seamlessly.
